Help You Create Healthier Habits











About:

The 90 minute one-one-one session focuses on the main health concerns that you need help to overcome. I will provide you with guidance and specifically tailored handouts which will include step by step instructions that you can use to work on your health goals. Together we create a specific plan for you to get started and will help you pinpoint what it is that has been holding you back from reaching certain health goals of yours. 



The session provides you with ...



- a deeper understanding of your problem areas and what to focus your attention on

- awareness around your behavior

- simple tools to propel you forward 

- a tailored step by step solution to your needs 



Creating a safe and understanding space for you is the foundation of this session. I want to help you help yourself in the most efficient and fun way possible.



Before our session, It is important that you think about the answers you provide in the upcoming questionnaire and fill them out as accurately as possible. This is important to have the most effective and productive session as possible together. It will also provide me with a chance to have some custom material prepared for you in advance.
