"Life is movement, and movement is life."Physical activity can have an immense positive impact in everybody´s lives. So elderly people are not the exception of this.
I have had the opportunity to work in nursing homes delivering workshops to improve senior citizens quality of life through movement. I have seen amazing changes in their body, mood and life. Therefore, I am offering this same classes online for you, your parents, your grandparents or anyone you know that might need motivation to keep on moving!
I am offering a 30 minutes class sitting on a chair but moving all your body with simple moves that will have a big impact in your life!*
*Having a session at least 3 times a week.
