Working out and chasing the pump is always a great idea, but at some point, we all become stagnant and do not know how to achieve our goals.That's where I can come in! I hate how trainers charge exorbitant rates just to give people a paragraph of what to eat and what to work out.



I will work with you directly and change plans to achieve your goal on the fly! NONE of my plans are prefabricated. They are made as soon as you order!


I've been competing in Natural Competitions for 3 years and have placed 2nd and 4th in my division out of 52 people.



I've trained people from 45% Body Fat down to 20% or from people with 10% BF all the way up to 20% depending on what they want.
