I am a sports chiropractor who can write helpful blogs and articles on basic at-home exercises and injury rehab for minor injuries. My specialty is sports injury rehabilitation but it is important to know the simplest and most effective exercises and stretches to do for any type of injury or strengthening goal regardless of cause.
