I'm well educated in many of the most popular diets and how to properly follow them so you are not lacking in certain nutrients (Vegan, Paleo, Nordic, Mediterranean, etc...).I often work with clients to develop a diet plan that is easy for them to follow and helps them meet their goals - including allergies and intolerances and how to substitute for them. My diet plans are well rounded and well researched, including a variety of meals. I cater to their goals (ex: weight loss, mental health, general health, heartburn control, acne, etc...) and also recommend any readings or disclaimers for risk with certain diets.
Once you have ordered you can fill out what your goals are and any foods you cannot or do not like.
You will receive your diet plan in a calendar form as well as in a worksheet. Additional information will be provided if necessary (cautions, potential supplementation requirements).
