Beginners, Intermediates and Advanced lifters are welcome! 1 x 20 Style to help prepare your body for more advanced training.



1 x 20 and General Strength will help you start your weightlifting goals.  The program will help prepare you body for the strains of increasing in weight for more advanced lifts. 



General Strength and Specific Strength with prepare the body for what ever goal you want to achieve.  Whether that is to increase your bench and squat or to help tone down and lose some extra lbs!
