Create A Marathon Or Half Marathon Training Plan For You

Have you wanted to run a half or full marathon but are unsure where to start or how to train for it? I'm here to help you! I ran collegiate track and cross country and have a background in kinesiology as my minor. In addition, I work at running shoe store and have given lectures at high school cross country camps about training. I am a student of the sport so I know a lot of the ins/outs out training.

The way I go about creating plans is based on a conversation with you. Not everyone has the same starting point or same goals and so each plan needs to be catered to the individual. Training plans also need to be adaptable because life happens and things pop up. I offer revisions for free for that reason.

Finally, for a small additional cost I offer a basic gait analysis that I can use to recommend the type of shoes that might work for you. This is done by having you video yourself walking just in your house or running on a treadmill. I use the same process at the shoe store and use the biomechanics knowledge and experience in selling (wearing) shoes to point you in the right type of shoes.
