Make A Workout Plan For You To Try At Home Or At The Gym











About:

My name is Nina, a 22 y/o personal coach from Belgium. Trhough this gig, I will provide you with a workout schedule. You can do this 3 to 4 times a week to stay fit. You can tell me your preferences or things that you want (or don't want) and I will keep this in mind while making the schedule.



Exersices: I will provide a full body workout (all muscle goups will be included) with a max. of 12 exercises. 



SPLIT WORKOUT: For an additional 5 euros, I will give you a split workout. These are 2 or more (depends on what you want) schedules. In this way, you are able to train everyday. Every schedule focusses on a different muscle group. 



Pictures are included in the workout! I will send you a word-document with the exercises, pictures and important notes.
