what do I offer



NUTRITION

- Recommendations based on the latest literature and evidence-based principles available.

- Macro-based daily targets with suggestion on meal timing and meal-by-meal macro breakdowns.



TRAINING

- 3-5 workouts per week.

- 1-3 cardio sessions per week in the form of metabolic conditioning, running or high intensity intervals.

- A combination of movements and exercises that focus on building strength, gaining size and improving your metabolic and cardiovascular conditioning.
