Advantages of Bodyweight Training
You don't need a gym membership to do Bodyweight Training. (NO EQUIPMENT)
You can train anywhere and anytime.
You can build FUNCTIONAL MUSCLES (something that you cannot achieve with weights).
You can build a lot of Strength.
Disadvantages of Bodyweight Training
Not all workouts that you find on youtube or anywhere on internet are not for everyone because each one has a different body type and with not the right advice you may get injured / lose motivation/ not make progress whatsoever.
