Create Customized Workout And Nutrition Plans

I will created customized workout, nutrition and supplement plans.



For men: I believe in the creation of aesthetic body that women will appreciate. For this I have two options:



*Strong as you look.



A well defined structured balanced physic. Think about Professional football players, classic physic competitors, UFC fighters, etc.



Or



*Fitness model.



The goal with this type of body is to achieve a well aesthetic physic where we focus on specific areas to make the body more lean and show a V tape to achieve a golden specific shoulder waist ratio. Think about, fitness models, Abercrombie models, olympic gymnast, olympic swimmers sprinters, etc.



All this while leaning out and losing as much pounds of fat as possible.



FOR WOMEN



I focus on developing a pleasant physic in the right areas to improve the curves that makes a women physic outstanding.



For women I take in consideration hormonal states to adjust training and nutrition variables to speed up the improvement, that means I may do 2 diets and 2 workouts per month to adapt to hormonal states. If using any hormonal modifier like contraceptive methods training and nutrition will also be adapted to this.
