We try (if possible) to use only food that you already have, and the exercises are simple and don't require special equipment.



How does it work?



1. Fill in a form, providing us with details about your goals, food preferences, allergies and most important, any medical conditions you might have (it's important that we know)

2. We schedule a 15 minute online chat to meet and go over your data

3. We send you the diet we have designed specifically for you

4. Each week we touch base and check on your progress. Based on your feedback, we design the next stage of your diet.



What does a diet contain?



  • Daily meal plan with 5 meals (3 main and 2 snacks)
  • Daily workout plan
  • Constant access to our team for questions or advice


We design diets with different goals in mind, not only weight loss.
