In this course, I will teach you how to cook A famous Arabic recipe which is called Zucchini stuffed with meat, ( mahshi kusa) or (Ablama) in Arabic. I will teach you in a very traditional way. This course will contain videos of tutorial cooking, powerpoint slides and instructions with a written description.I will include a secret for cooking perfect vermicelli rice.
