Offer Powerlifting Or Bodybuilding Coaching











About:

I'm an intermediate / advanced powerlifting athlete and my numbers are as follows:



-Squat: 200kg

-Deadlift: 230kg

-Bench press: 125kg



I have already competed in this sport so I know how to prepare for a contest or a meet.

I am offering help to people who are newer in this sport or intermediate and have hit a plateau.



My methods have always helped my students break their plateaus or reach the numbers that they always wanted.
