I have designed 3 programs to help you reach your fitness goals.The 7-Day HIIT Program will target those people looking to lose weight, get lean muscle mass, improve their endurance and stamina and feel fitter.
This program will include two workout routines that can be used as templates. You will also be given multiple exercise options that you can plug into the template so that you can always create a new workout.
The 14 Day Training Plan will include more resistance training designed to increase strength, improve your cardiovascular system, increase speed and improve your overall performance. This is a great program for those who are interested in a Boot camp program, but prefer to train on your own time.
The 30 Day Training plan is a CrossFit training program that will include Power Lifts, Olympic Lifts, gymnastics and a heavy dose of metabolic conditioning. This program would be best for people with prior experience and have access to a fully equipped gym.
There will be warm-ups, notes and instructions for each of the workouts. I am quite confident in my work and I can't wait to see the results you achieve. Look forward to speaking with you.
