Nutrition PlanI will design a macro meal plan based on the foods that you like to eat. I take into account your age, weight, height, and activity level to calculate your BMR. Based on what your goal is I will design a caloric intake that will help you reach your goal.
Workout Plan
I will create 3 weeks of workouts for you to use in the gym. 1 week of workouts will consist of 5 days in the gym. I will provide this information through a google spreadsheet to follow along with your progress. Workouts will 60-75 minutes
Personal Coaching
I will be your personal coach. I will help with your nutrition and workout plans. I will track your progress through the google spreadsheet that I have created. I will also be available for 24/7 questions and feedback. Personal coaching can be up to 16 weeks long.
