I am a certified trainer and nutrition specialist from Health and Fitness center .If you are an Asian then it is the best option for you to make a diet plan according to your taste and your goal .(1)-If you want to gain full lean muscle then you should have patience , its realy a slow process and take years . For this i can put you in right direction by designing your diet plan and workout plan on regular basis (after every 1.5 to 2 months ) .
(2)-If you dont care about lean muscle mass and just want to put some weight on you with keeping the muscle quality then here is the good news for you that you can achieve it in few months (i.e 7 to 10 lbs per month)

(3)- if you want to lose fat only by still keeping your muscle mass then i'll design a proper diet plan and workout plan for you in which you strictly have to eat only what will be decided for you not other then that and you will see results in your body in month .

(Always remember Diet is 80% and workout is 20% )
