From working with deployed sailors aboard a Navy ship looking to increase their mission readiness - to helping senior citizens gain balance and increase confidence in their daily lives - I've had the opportunity to work with quite a diverse clientele.With a background as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and current ambitions to pursue my B.S. in Applied Health & Fitness from PSU, I will develop an individualized workout program to help you crush your goals!
