A NASM certified personal trainer will help you achieve the recommended 30 or more minutes of moderate physical activity on 5 or more days per week through developing a weekly personalized training program. Training program will be based on preliminary information gathered in the fitness assessment. Flexible and accommodating to your schedule. Professional process and counsel to achieve goals. Person-centered and research-based approaches.
Training safely controlled based on the client’s
movement capabilities and overall conditioning level. Exercise must be
regressed if the client cannot perform and exercise with ideal posture and
technique.
Level 1 Stabilization (beginner). Level 2 Strength ( intermediate), and Level 3 Power (advanced).
