Welcome to the 30 Day Low Fat and Low Calorie Vegan Meal Plan!



My name is Carisa and I have been vegan for 6 years. I went vegan because of my little sister who was intolerant to dairy, meat, soy, and eggs. As it was difficult to cook separate meals for everyone, my entire family went vegan. Though we had planned to be vegan temporarily, there were so many benefits that we never looked backed! My entire family and I lost so much weight, had higher energy levels, and felt fuller for longer, without feeling bloated. I hope that you enjoy every meal I provide you and the amazing benefits that come with them.



My meal plan includes foods from different genres, so you'll find Mexican food, Italian food, Chinese food, and so much more! When eating vegan, you'll feel much more satiated, leaving you full for hours, thus making it easy to lose weight. 



My meal plan includes: 

  • 3 meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
  • 1 snack per day
  • 1 smoothie (or other drink) per day
  • Microsoft Document or PDF form of meal plan


My meal plan does NOT include:

  • Desserts 
  • Fitness advice and workouts
