Share My Diet Plan And Help You Make Your Own











About:

Firstly, you'll receive a diet-plan I'm keeping to and have been keeping to for 5 months.



Secondly, you'll receive a diet-plan specifically made for you based on your goals and the time frame which you want to achieve your goal. For example, your goal might be to lose weight. That's nice and all, but how you'll be eating will depend heavily on the time frame you're looking to achieve said weight loss. 



Lastly, I'll give you some tips and tricks I've figured out whilst I've been doing this. I have been experimenting with both workouts and dieting for the past 5 years, and have made some pretty good progress. If you want progress pictures I'll gladly provide! I'm happy to help anyone who feels they might need it! Becoming a personal trainer and diet coach is my goal, which is why I wanted to try this :)
