I have been running for 7 years and decided that it was time I started doing a proper weightlifting routine and I wanted to make sure that I was going to get the best results. I was nervous but when I talked to Klaud he made me feel relaxed and talked me through the whole programme and explained everything to me; I can definitely see the results and am feeling a lot more confident in the gym! 💪 Thank you Klaud!
