The workout programs are different from others, they are designed for you to enjoy each and every workout. This is why i sit down and have about a 15 minute conversation with you to get to know you better.
Everyone deserves a workout program customized for them, and unfortunately most trainers are not like this anymore.
In addition, this is why i always recommend personal training instead of group training. Not everyone is built the same way nor have the same health/injury proneness as other people.
