Tired of not seeing results from weight loss plans? Want to see an overview of what it really takes to reach your target weight? This gig is designed for you to visualize where your hard work in dieting and exercising is heading. 



Basically you provide me with the details about your current weight, target weight, height, age, preferred calorie intake, preferred exercise calorie deficit (daily or weekly), and desired time to reach target weight and I will provide you a table of where you can see how long it will take for you to reach target weight.



There are two ways to go about this gig: 

1) you can provide me your preferred calorie intake and preferred exercise calorie deficit and I will generate a table of showing how long it takes to reach target weight, or

2) you can set a time limit of how long you want to lose weight to reach your target weight, and I come up with a reasonable calorie intake and exercise calorie deficit suggestion.
