I am offering different levels of training plans to stay healthy at home or get in shape. My plans are at different levels of lengths of time 6 weeks 8 weeks and 10 weeks with different attributes such as the personal trainer option.

How is it personalised?

I will take down details such as do you have any equipment  at home or dietary requirements for your plan or do you have any body parts you want to enhance or improve on more than others.

Why my plan?

They are personalised to every individual to help you with your needs and just your needs.The personal trainer add on is a personal messaging line between me and the client for questions or queries and motivation from me to you but this is confidential between us.

why purchase a longer plan?

The longer the plan the more results but it isn't about getting as fit as possible as quick as possible its about creating a healthy life style why'll getting fitter and also creating healthy habits and they can take weeks to form.
