This package includes a 7-day personalized nutrition plan. To start the process you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire about your nutrition history. Once I have received this information we will set up a time (phone/zoom/chat) to discuss the information you've provided in the questionnaire. Based on the information provided during this conversation and your questionnaire, I will create your personalized plan.
