WORKOUTS SPECIFIC TO YOU. After purchasing your package you will tell me what you would like to achieve
with this plan (i.e I would like to lose fat/ I would like to build strength in
my glutes and core)
CARDIO, STRENGTH and NUTRITION. Each plan will include information and
exercises to improve your workouts.
TIPS. I will provide you with information on how to
correctly preform the exercise and how to safely prepare and prime your body
for the plan.
SPORT SPECIFIC. If you require a plan for a
specific sport I will design the plan to fulfil the requirements of your sport.
SUPLEMENT ADVISE. I will answer any questions on
supplements you have.
