Nutrition is one of the most important factors in healthy lifestyles, but it can be time consuming. As a certified health coach & nutritionist, I'm here to help you make it easier to eat healthy in your day to day life.In the basic package, I will create a personalized, 21-day meal plan for you to make it easier to plan your healthy eating & reach your health goals.
In the second level package, you will be able to tailor your 21-day meal plan to a specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc.) and I will also provide you with a grocery list.
In the third level package, you will be able to tailor your 21-day meal plan completely to your dietary requirements and your preferences, and you will also get a grocery list and a one-time consultation with me about your health goals and nutrition preferences.
All daily meal plans include 3 meals as well as snacks, and will be delivered as PDFs.
