Design A Customized Workout Plan For You











About:

I will design a custom workout plan for you.  

  • 2-5 WORKOUTS PER WEEK: No matter what package you choose, you will receive 3-5 workouts per week depending how many days you plan on training. 
  • WORKOUTS TAILORED TO YOUR GOALS: After checking out, you will be able to tell me your goals and preferences for the plan (examples: "I want a program focused on my glutes and back. I want a program focused on increasing my vertical jump.  I want a program focused on my upper body with 3 upper body days and 1 lower body day.")
  • VIDEOS: All videos will be included for each exercise.
  • REPS/SETS: I provide a recommended number of reps and sets, but you can easily change these numbers to make the program more or less challenging. I also will add the tempo of each exercise (example: "Squat down for 3 seconds, pause at the bottom, then come up from the squat")
  • TIPS: In all the packages, I include any recommended stretches and mobility work to help you stay loose before and after your workouts.
  • FITNESS LEVEL:  No matter what shape you are in, no experience to lots of experience, I will tailor the workout to your fitness level.
